Terms of Service

By visiting, registering, purchasing, or using any XiuAI product, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Prices, delivery details, refund coverage, usage rules, and technical limits shown for a specific product, model, or feature on a product page, order page, pricing page, console, or documentation are the specific application of these terms to that transaction or use. They are not a separate service agreement.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you use a service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

You must provide accurate information, protect your email, password, verification codes, API keys, and third-party sign-in accounts, and take responsibility for activity under your account. If you discover unauthorized access, leaked credentials, or an unfamiliar order, stop the affected credentials and contact us promptly.

XiuAI provides product and brand entry points, AI digital products and subscription services, model API access, model and service testing and comparison, account sign-in, documentation, and customer support. Available functions are those shown on the current product pages.

We work to keep information accurate, but models, inventory, prices, exchange rates, delivery scope, third-party rules, and technical limits change. Review the current page before making a purchase or integration decision.

XiuStore offers accounts, subscriptions, top-ups, redemption, and other AI digital products. Product form, ownership, duration, delivery method, required information, inspection period, warranty, and support are those shown on the product and order pages when you buy.

You must submit accurate delivery information within the stated period and inspect the result. Problems caused by inaccurate or late information, changes you make after delivery, violations of an upstream provider's rules, or events outside the stated coverage are handled under the rules shown at purchase.

You must pay the amount, currency, and channel shown at checkout. Payment providers may apply their own verification, limits, risk controls, and refund procedures. We do not control their approval decisions or processing time.

Refunds, credits, warranties, and support coverage are determined by the product page at purchase, order status, and applicable law. A digital product may become irreversible after delivery, redemption, activation, or consumption, but these terms do not reduce non-waivable consumer rights.

Unauthorized chargebacks, fraudulent payments, duplicate claims, or attempts to bypass the support process may result in suspension of the order, account, or related service.

XiuRouter provides model APIs under the rules shown on the pricing page, console, or order. Charges are generally based on the actual model, request type, tokens, or other metered units. Balance, usage records, and the applicable price determine billing.

Models, endpoints, context windows, rate limits, caching, tool use, streaming, and regional availability may depend on upstream capability. We may adjust routing, limits, and future prices for security, stability, cost, or upstream changes, but a new price will not be applied retroactively to usage already settled.

You must protect API keys and may not publish or share them with unauthorized users. Requests made with your key are treated as your usage unless we confirm a system error or verifiable unauthorized access.

XiuBench prices, coverage, latency, success rates, rankings, reports, and product information come from public sources, active probes, or tests you initiate. Results vary with sample time, network, configuration, and third-party changes.

Results support comparison and decision-making. They are not a warranty, certification, or continuing endorsement of a third-party service. Before buying, funding, or integrating a third party, verify its current price, contract, privacy terms, and risks.

XiuAI products may connect to model providers, payment services, sign-in providers, social platforms, and other third parties. Those services are operated by their providers and are subject to their own terms, privacy policies, content rules, and availability.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review output before using, publishing, or acting on it. Do not treat it as a final legal, medical, financial, security, or other professional conclusion.

You are responsible for having the rights and authorization needed for content submitted to a model or third party and for following applicable law, upstream rules, and these terms.

You may not use XiuAI services for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, or malicious automation; to bypass security or platform restrictions; distribute malware; attack systems; access accounts or data without authorization; disrupt service; or help others do so.

You may not resell, rent, or mass-share accounts, subscriptions, redemption credentials, or API keys that are expressly non-transferable, and may not impersonate XiuAI or fabricate official authorization. Enterprise purchasing, team use, or channel cooperation expressly allowed by a product is not prohibited by this section.

You keep your rights in content you submit. You authorize us to transmit, process, and temporarily store that content only as needed to provide, protect, and improve the service you choose.

Do not submit personal information, trade secrets, restricted data, or unlawful content that you do not have the right to process. XiuAI does not acquire ownership beyond what is needed to transmit or process content for the service.

Unless stated otherwise, XiuAI brands, websites, interfaces, documentation, and original content are owned by XiuLab Inc or the relevant rights holder. You may access them to use the services normally, but may not copy, sell, impersonate, or remove rights notices without permission.

Open-source software, third-party trademarks, models, and third-party content remain subject to their respective licenses and rights notices. Suggestions do not transfer your existing rights, but you allow us to use general feedback without identifying you to improve products.

We may add, change, or discontinue functions. Service may be interrupted by maintenance, security events, capacity, upstream failures, legal requirements, or events outside our control. We do not promise that any third-party model, inventory item, price, or feature will remain available forever.

Orders already formed, usage already settled, and matters that applicable law requires us to continue handling will be addressed under the rules in effect when the purchase or use occurred.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account, order, API key, or function when reasonably necessary because of a security risk, unlawful use, fraud, chargebacks, abuse, a serious rule violation, an upstream requirement, or a legal requirement. In an emergency, we may act first and then explain the reason and available review path where reasonably possible.

Stopping service does not affect payment, delivery, confidentiality, intellectual-property, dispute, or other rights and obligations that arose beforehand or should continue by their nature.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided as is and as available. We do not promise that services will always be error-free or uninterrupted, or that third-party accounts, subscriptions, models, payment channels, prices, or links will remain available.

XiuAI will handle issues within the coverage stated at purchase. We do not make additional promises about third-party policy changes, account enforcement, model output, market-price changes, or results caused by your own configuration.

Each party's responsibility is determined by applicable law, these terms, and the specific rules shown when the product was purchased or used. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss that could not reasonably have been foreseen.

These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded and do not reduce mandatory consumer rights available to you.

We may update these terms when services, upstream providers, or legal requirements change. The new update date will appear on this page. Material changes will be explained through a page notice, account notice, or another appropriate channel. Transactions formed before an update remain subject to the specific rules in effect at that time.

If a dispute arises, contact us first through the official email address so we can review order, usage, or operational records. Applicable law, your location, the nature of the transaction, and mandatory legal rules determine the next resolution steps.
